At 10 am,March 12th Jiangsu Pangwo Power company Iraq Wasit project department attained the complete success of 100% load rejection test on 330MW unit , won high praise from the owner and the EPC contractor- Shanghai Electric.
The purpose of load rejection test is to check the dynamic characteristics of the turbine regulating system, which means to check whether the speed can be maintained within the speed action of emergency protector after the turbine gets rid of all load, also to measure the maximum speed and final stable speed and so on during the transition time from the moment of load rejection to stable speed, in order to identify whether the characteristics meets the performance requirements of the design , it is of vital importance for plant safety production.
