Jiangsu Pangwo Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (referred to as Pangwo Power) is a professional power generation operation company jointly invested and established by China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC), Xuzhou Coal Mining Group and Shenzhen Desun Industry Co., Ltd. It is a modern technology service enterprise specialized in operation, maintenance, overhaul, training, management supervision, construction supervision, overall trusteeship of various power plants and power transmission and transformation projects, as well as the compilation .and translation of electic power documents.
 
Based on the international development, relyilng on the abundant overseas market resources and high-quality platform provided by CMEC, and the strong technical and talent resources of 22 holding & sharing power plants of Xuzhou Coal Mining Group, as well as the rich O&M management experience of Shenzhen Desun, Pangwo Power has successfully established a mixed management system and opration model. Since 1993, Pangwo Power has made full use of and integrated high-quality social resources, used advanced and mature power operation management systems, as well as efficient and flexible operating mechanisms, and achieved good acheivements. It has successively contracted over 110 domestic and foreign technical service projects, covering more than 20 countries in Asia, Africa, America, and Europe, covering EPC project commissioning, commercial operation and maintenance, operation and maintenance guidance, O&M management supervision, technical training, spare parts procurement, major and minor overhaul etc.. We have truly achieved international and domestic "dual cycle". The operation and maintenance projects include coal-fired units, oil fired units, and gas fired units; New energy projects include hydropower, wind power, and photovoltaic projects. In particular, the O&M management supervision has opened a new chapter in the O&M market. After the management supervision team enters the site, they coordinate well between the owner and the O&M team, supervise and guide the O&M team to work effectively, resulting in a safe and stable operation of power plant units, an increase in equipment integrity, and an improvement in unit utilization. The overall appearance of the power plant has undergone significant changes.

Currently, there are more than 600 talents of various professinals, including 2 experts enjoying the State Council allowance, 5 doctors, 16 masters, 11 people with senior professional titles and 102 people with intermediate professional titles.
