On the morning of November 8, 2019, Jiangsu Pangwo Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as JPPEC ) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Vietnam LILAMA 69-1 PHA LAI JOINT STOCK COMPANY (hereafter referred to as LILAMA company). Through strategic cooperation and resource sharing, the two sides will focus on strengthening the competitiveness of Vietnam and southeast Asian markets so as to realize the goal of "Complementary of Advantages, Mutual Development".

The two sides had a pleasant conversation . LILAMA company, as a professional installation and maintenance company of electric power in Vietnam, has abundant resources of power plant installation and overhaul services. JPPEC is a modern international service company specializing in power plant and transmission and transformation operation, maintenance, overhaul, training, management supervision, construction supervision, overall custody of power plants and transmission projects and translation of electric power documents. After the successful completion of Dong Trieu Power Plant #1  Unit overhaul, the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement in order to complement each other in spare parts, human resources and technology resources, and to establish a closer partnership for electric power information exchange and resource sharing, aiming at improving share in Vietnam and southeast Asia thermal power market in regards to operation, maintenance, equipment maintenance, equipment modification, spare parts supply, technical support, personnel training, and other fields to achieve the strategic objective of "Complementary Advantages, Mutual Benefit and Win-win".
