Malaysia Balingian2×300MW Coal-fired Power Plant is located in Balingian, Mukah province, Sarawak state, Malaysia, the owner is Sarawak Energy Berhad. (SEB), EPC contractor is Shanghai Electric, the Second Construction Engineering Co.,Ltd of China Construction Third Bureau was responsible for the C section：the construction of the main building ,ash yard, and limestone system, chimney and cooling tower, all civil work of D section except for coal handling system building, section E: coal conveying system within the plant, water pump room and front pool, and various relevant engineering construction process which meets the installation requirements. Jiangsu Pangwo Power Engineering undertakes the operation and maintenance work of the project.
